Doeg

I played with Angelo O'reilly, my best friend, as a duo for a while. We would have been only 15 when we were doing these gigs.

Later we discovered some other people in our year at school were also playing guitars - Al Capello and Fabian Billerwell. Fabian was the best so he played lead guitar. Capello flatly refused to play anything other than guitar so he did that and Angelo reluctantly agreed to play bass. I got lumbered with lead vocals because they all thought I was the only one who could do it. Our friend Angelo Cataldo played drums, but for some reason we ended up using a guy from the year ahead of us, named Mark Tolley.

We chose the name Doeg because in the bible he was a man who murdered lots of priests. We were taught by priests so it seemed logical.
